This document will review all new securities and warnings that correspond with new functionality that is released with version 10.2
New Functionality Securities
Limit Dispatcher View for all Doc’s Types based on Permission & Queued Documents
Only allow users to view documents such as Checks, Invoices and Statements they have created from both Queued Docs and Dispatch Viewer.
**Releasing Soft Holds at Counter **
Certain users can override a soft hold at the counter on the spot vs. it going to accounting by using a pin to release the order.
Under Order Actions:
**Recalculate PO Pricing **
These securities will allow users to be able to change the cost and net price using the Price Adjustment Screen, before and after conversion:
Under Order Actions:
**AP Bill Prior to Receiving **
This security will allow an user to cancel or edit an un-received PO w/ a bill.

**Automatic Restocking fee **
These securities allow the user to uncheck the restocking fee checkbox to remove it or not charge it as well as to override the fee amount.
Under Order Actions:
**Accepting Overpayment as Credit **
These securities will fall under Credit and Deposit Enhancements for Cash Customers, that will allow users to issue standalone “cash credits”, override cash credits applied to orders
Under Order Actions: > Order Payments
**Serialization **
This security will allow a user to enable Serialization tracking on your system.
Under Inventory Control:
**Negatives on an Order **
This security will allow users to issue a return an order ( adding a negative value on an order)
Under Order Actions:
**Multiple Invoices to a Return **
These securities will allow several actions for a user handling an RMA where they are returning items from multiple invoices on the same RMA.
Under Order Actions:
** Column Pricing in Sidebar (Inbasket) **
If users do not have the following permissions they will not be able to select/change the column pricing from the side bar.
Under Order Actions:
## **Counter Release Mgmt w/ Overcommit from Order Entry**
If using counter release, this security will allow users to decrease the order quantity in the counter release screen.

## **Quick Contract ( Creating a Contract from the Quote screen)**
To use this functionality the user must have the following security objects.
Under Contract Manager:
## **Creating New MFG’s for NSB’s**
When selected a user will be allowed to Create Manufacturer’s for NSB items,

When selected a user will be allowed process returns without sales history.
